Question Stiff Balisitic????

I picked up a pair of Joe Rocket Ladies Ballistic 10.0 pants the other day.

Joe Rocket Ballistic 10.0 Pant [24-70304] - $179.95 : GPBikes.com Fine motorsports, Canada,Toronto, Durham Fine Triumph, Ducati Motorcycles

Wore them for the first time on my commute to work yesterday.

CRIPES! They felt like a suit of armor. I could barley bend my legs on the pegs to get in a comfortable riding postition. Are they supposed to be that stiff or do they break in a little with wear?

I even found them realy stiff and hard to move in when I was trying to back the bike up.

I have one of the mens ballistic pants (7.0, no idea what the numbers mean)... they do break in, in a month or so...

I can offer a warning on the side leg zippers... be very careful with them, I can't say how many times I've had them pop open because a bit of material gets stuck in them when zipping, and I've had to spend 5 minutes zipping and unzipping to get them back to locking.

Okey Dokey looks like I'll be wearing them around the house for a few weeks.... new fashion statement... well they are black!

Don't laugh...I've heard of people doing that with a new helmet too, so I could be worse!
