Yes, you get some attention. But the trend is slowly starting to die out, Helmet Hawks are becoming a "squid" marking.

Personally I don't care much for the look, plus they don't work with modular helmets too well :P But around home, if it mean't more sportbike riders would wear their helmet i'm all for it. Their choice.

It really is a personal choice, but I did pass an entire group (about 9) of sport bike riders today and all of them were sporting green or blue hawks. It was kinda awesome in a mad max kind of way.

Meh. Looks alright, but I believe one ought to have the brawn to back it up!

BTW, it should be "they're" and not "their," for the affirmative vote option...

helmet hawks are the worst invention ever. they make me laugh at everyone i see with them. has anyone seen the spikes??

They are dangerous! The other day a rider passed me with one of those things on his head, I started laughing so hard I nearly had an accident.
