Default Bulb size?

hey I"m looking to get an hid kit from ddm tuning, but I am not sure what the bulb size is. Can anyone point me in the right direction? THanks

It has some info on conversions, and it's an H4 bulb.

9003 or h4 go with 4300k more light

4300k = more light but you loose the cool factor...

i put 5000k in my wifes jetta, and it seems to be a happy medium..

6000k or higher look great but you really start losing the usable light

I would personally never go above 6000k.. A buddy has 12000k in his mustang, while it looks amazing you cant see a damn thing on the road haha!

Yeah, it's an H4 bulb. I have DDM Tuning with 35w 6000k. They are just right. For most light output, I think 5000k would be optimal, but 6000k you get that hint of blue.

btw, for anyone that has installed these, how hard is it (esp with the hi/lo feature) to install compared to installing it in a car?
