Default Leaking Fuel?

I am new to bikes and I'm still learning but I am a little concerned about the two rubber tubes protruding from the bottom of the bike. I believe the sales person told me it was fuel overflow something or another. When ever I drive the bike for a bit and it sits for atleast an hour or two, seems there is a small puddle just below the tubes. Definitely smells like fuel

I'm hoping this is normal and I didn't get some shoddy assembly?

How full is the fuel tank? Depending on the temperature (thermal expansion of the fuel) and fuel level, the overflow might be normal. But if this is occurring with a half tank of fuel, it sounds like something's amiss.

I haven't thought to look, but today it happened while parked at work with about 40 miles from a full tank. I keep track this whole tank and see if it's something to worry about. Thanks!

Most probably just condensation.

The tubes are there for a reason, to do just as what they are doing.

It is normal.

Don't worry about it. Just don't park it inside on your carpet.
