Default Poser? I think so!

Was riding to work the other day when I saw a guy behind me in the next left turn lane on his CBR. Needless to say I didn't wave or acknowledge him because:

He wasn't wearing a Helmet, Only sun glasses.
He was wearing Shorts.
He was wearing Flip Flops.
He wasn't wearing a jacket, just a T-Shirt.

Also his actions:

While stopped, he was in neutral whipped out his phone and started texting or doing something. When the light turned green he delayed the rest of the cagers by sending his text I guess and putting his phone back in and then started moving.

Also, he kept leaning left and right while behind a SUV continuously.

Anyone else seen idiots like this?

all the time, we don't have a helmet law in KS either.....personally, I'm perfectly fine with that. The one time in my life, I agree with darwinism... if they are dumb enough not to wear gear, its "survival of the fittest", and we all know how that will work out the first time they wipe it.

Yeah, though all have to wear helmets here. I was following a guy thinking he was Rossi in the mountains leaning off the bike, but going really slow in the mountains. He was wearing shorts, a grey wife-beater, and sneakers. He rode on the paint the entire time, until he ate it around a faster corner. I stopped to help but couldn't help but think "That's what you get".

Guy must be loaded or he wanted plastic surgery because the Helmet laws in Florida is if you're under 21 you have to wear it. Over 21 you don't have to but you have to have at least $10,000 in medical insurance.

I got crap from almost all of my friends for not wearing a jacket once, just my Icon Field Armor. Needless to say I'm always wearing it now.

Don't see too many guys without helmets since that's a quick pull over here. But anywhere near the beach, even this time of year, you'll see guys in flip flops, tank tops, and shorts riding around with their helmet hawks sticking up, looking like the douche bags they are.

I have to admit...i am a bad boy...or at least i was...i was riding without a helmet, just glasses and like a bug hit me and totally just shattered my glasses...A FRIGGIN HORSEFLY SNAPPED THE FRAMES ON EXPENSIVE MOTORCYLCE APPROVED GLASSES....needless to say that I ALWAYS wear my gear now (also i got hit with a rock one time on the interstate, fully geared up, and I totally still had a bruise and I don't bruise easily, gear is just smarter)

I took some kind of bug to my chest at about 60mph once that looked like it was a small bird dive bombing me. Hit me hard enough that it left a bruise on my chest and a bug splatter mark on my jacket about 6" around. Imagine if that had been a rock and I was in a t-shirt. Not good. It drives me crazy riding with my dad when he's on his Harley in jeans, tennis shoes, short sleeve shirt, cutoff gloves, and a little skull cap that just barely could be considered a helmet.
