I've been riding about 1-2 times a week, in between the snow/sand, but I don't see many M/C on the road around here. This week looks good for a ride, maybe a bit of rain for the ride into work tomorrow, but rest of the week it's supposed to hit the 50's for high.

Since purchasing my bike last April it has only rained 5 or 6 times. Morning temps can get a bit chilly but it's worth it for the much warmer ride home after work. (also helps to keep my 11.8 mpg Dodge in the garage) Always bikes on the road here year-round.

I think it really depends on what weather's going to be like on the weekend. A week or two ago, temps were in the low teens here in TN with snow (rare for where I am). Yesterday it hit 60F. End of week, it's supposed to be in the teens again! Naturally, any chance I get, I'll be out on the road!

what are you calling "chilly" in vegas? the high around here has touched 45-50 a couple of times, but its heading back down this week. its been to nasty with fog and what not for me.

i hear you on the truck, my f150 is lucky to get 15-16 in the summer. right now im seeing more 13's.

Still frozen roads most days here in the mornings. Picked up a little 96 Toyota Corolla to get me to and from work while the weather is bad and I cant take the bike. I needed something anyways when the wife has the truck and I need to pick up the kiddo. She is still toooo tiny to be riding on the bike

Glad some of you are getting to ride. We just got finished with the worst storm I can remember in my 31 years in San Diego. A solid week of heavy rain (depending on where in town you are, from 4" to 11" in one week) thunder storms, and winds in 70mph+ range. The lower elevation roads are in horrible shape and the higher elevation (3500 ft and up) are under 6" of snow. I know guys who are still commuting because they have to. But this being a weekend toy, I don't think I'll be able to get out for a couple of weeks at least. More rain coming starting tomorrow, then four days straight over the weekend. When did I move to Seattle!?! I live in San Diego so I don't have to deal with this crap.
[/end rant] lol

I guess I'll take the time to do an oil change and check the plugs. It's due for both.

That's looking on the bright side. I knew you had it in ya!

I rode to work in 38 degree weather so I could enjoy the 60 degree weather on the ride home. Oh, the sacrifices we make...

Been riding everyday here in So Cal. Keep in mind the temperatures are usually in the low 50s during my riding hours. Its been raining for the past week and its supposed to rain tomorrow and Wednesday too, time to bring out the rain gear once again..Oh well, it's still riding
