Hello everyone.. I am new to the forum and had a couple of questions. I had a 2007 fz6 and am waiting for a 09 fz6r to arrive in a couple of weeks. Am I going to be disappointed with the performance of the new bike? I bought it on ebay and unfortunatley it is white with the pink graphics.......this is an issue, i need new decals, but when I priced them out they were 400 dollars plus!! ouch! maybe I'll just have it painted with something else?? Nothing against pink, but......lol any feedback would be great, thanks

I have a white '09 FZ6R, what I can tell you about it is that the stickers from the fairings come off (I had the dealer do that for me before I took delivery). You only problem will be the tank decals, witch are under the clear coat. I had a quote from a well established shop in my area, and they would of removed the decal and repaint and clear coat the tank for $250 if I would take off the tank myself (and of course reinstall it myself). So isn't that bad.
Here's mine (haven't found the time or the money to get that painted): ![]() ![]() ![]() Here's Purple_Drunk solution (witch I really like): ![]()

I'm a greenhorn when it comes to riding. But the bike it's just so easy to ride, even though I purchased it at the end of the season I managed to put some 2000 miles on it with a couple of 200 miles trips. Considering the above I'm very pleased with my FZ6R. I'm sure other people might have other opinions, and maybe they will share their experience with you. Best of luck, and ride safe.
