Kawasaki Ninja 400R

Why would you leave a bike in the rain like that!?

Also still sounds like a carb... even thought it's FI

Thats what I was wondering lol ... Why would you take pictures of a bike just sitting there in the rain ... could you pick a worse time to photograph it? lol

It Is identical to the 650 according to Kawi. Just a tad smaller engine.

It'll be sold in US around $5500USD.

Not bad but if you look at the HP and Torque numbers there isn't much difference. 12-15.

Suzuki has always made a euro 400 supersport. It's a beast with high rpms around 13k. If they brought that over I'd buy two..

this is all I see when I hear that vtwin... vroom vroom...

I'm a bit biased I guess, I just love the sound of the inline 4 and I'm not much of a dirt biker.

I agree. I think it sounds like crap. Good starter bike for those who don't want the 250cc.

I think it's a good idea for someone who's brand new and should be on a 250 but just plain too big for a 250. I'm lucky that jumping on a 600 was cake for me. I'm 5' 10" and 230. I'm a stump. I look like a gorilla on a moped on a Ninja 250.

I think this would have been the perfect 2nd bike for my wife. She jumped from a Ninja 250 to the FZ6R... At 5'1" and 105 pounds the FZ6R is pretty heavy and will get right the hell up and go with her light ass on it. She's adjusted now, but a 400 would have been a perfect transition to larger displacement bikes...
