Who sells the best mirrors for 2010 FZ6R?

Do a search for mirrors, it's been discussed quite a bit. Here's a big thread with different mirrors.

There are the ones that I got too, they didn't seem to make it into that thread.

I purchased these mirrors, and the company emailed me and said that they would not work on the FZ6R?

They'll fit. They look really good on FZRblack's bike. If I recall correctly the bolt pattern is the same as the stock mirrors so you won't even need to modify the mounts.

They are "universal". Under the boot, there are two bolts and the mounting base has slots. So you can adjust them to fit the FZ6R. They will fit. And yes they do look good on my bike. Thanks Chris!
