Does anyone on this site know if there is a lowering link yet made for the FZ6R. I am only 5'6" and find that I am always on my toes at a stop. I sure would like to be flat on my feet. Any and all suggestions welcome.

On the FZ6R, the rear shock connects directly to the swingarm, without a link. So unless I'm really missing something, a lowering link isn't applicable here.
A shorter spring would work, but before you modify the suspension, there are some other tricks like reducing the rear preload, shaving the seat, and even just thick-soled boots. BTW, I'm about 5' 6" myself (w/o the thick-soled boots). |
