Default No link to lower?

On the FZ6R, the rear shock connects directly to the swingarm, without a link. So unless I'm really missing something, a lowering link isn't applicable here.

A shorter spring would work, but before you modify the suspension, there are some other tricks like reducing the rear preload, shaving the seat, and even just thick-soled boots.

BTW, I'm about 5' 6" myself (w/o the thick-soled boots).
